It’s 7 weeks since I ordered my…

It’s 7 weeks since I ordered my product, 15 days after the expected arrival date, and still nothing has arrived. I know the postal service I slow, but my Amazon orders arrive soon enough, so this delay can’t be the fault of the postal service alone. Health Monthly invited me to write this review, so even they must have thought that the goods should have arrived by now. Not impressed.

Poor Service

On the 22nd July 2020, I ordered 4 products from Health Monthly, because the price was so competitive. Three of the four products arrived. I waited for the 4th product. In September 2020, I sent an email asking for the 4th product that i paid for. Customer Service replied that it would be delivered, but they don't know when. I am still waiting...... Does not matter that the prices are competitive, if you don't receive the product.

My order was placed on 22nd July.

My order was placed on 22nd July. First expected delivery date 20th August.. Then, 31st August... Today is 15th September - still not delivered... Refund offered - which I trust will include postage... Not very happy with this company!

I’d ordered 3 bottles of a supplement

I’d ordered 3 bottles of a supplement. They arrived quite quickly, but one at a time over a period of four or so days. Whilst I only paid one lot of postage, two lots of plastic packaging could have been avoided. Jane F

Atrocious company to deal with when you have a problem.

I placed an order on the 22nd July 2020 it is now the 15th Sept 2020 (six weeks) and it still has not arrived, I was expecting a slight delay due to COVID but this is ridiculous. I have had no problems at all with anything else I have ordered online. I have asked for a refund twice and still have not received one. I have today involved PayPal to try and get my money back. Health Monthly have been no help at all, they have fobbed me off twice. I have dealt with this company before with no issues and now I have a problem they don't want to know.

Never arrived

Never arrived. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund as the company expected me to hang on for a few more weeks, which would have been 7 weeks since my order!!

2 months and still waiting for the delivery

Waiting for my order 2 months now. I've contacted customer service a couple of times now and each time I've been given different delivery date. This morning I opened the case with PayPal for the refund. Not happy with this company at all.

Orders been told could take 7 weeks Also nothing arrives for 2 months Then have to request refund which takes another month chasing it up
