Good products, efficient, and ON TIME delivery.

Customer service not too good. I have sent to email with a query with my order and have not had a reply from them it is about the discount that I put in but did not get. As I spent over £250 this accounts to £25 I have lost. Delivery took 2 weeks rather than the maximum 10 days. Ideas can in 2 different deliveries but I was not told this was the case and I had to chase the other ordered goods. I have been disappointed this time with the company, although on a positive the goods are of good quality.

Ordered the Damerham Casserole Dish along with some other items, which arrived a week or so later. Using it for the first time, my partner took it out of the cupboard, by the handles, one of the handles broke off and it fell to the floor, smashed to pieces. A faulty item that was sent out and/or damaged during transit. Further on from this, having contacted Garden Trading and explaining the issue, they were more than happy to send out a replacement, which I received a couple of days ago, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you to Lisa and Fay for all your help.. For customer service I will give 5*

I appreciate it was a busy time for Garden Trading but I have been kept informed about delivery and if any item/s are to be delivered later.One item went out of stock after my order but I was emailed and told the refund would go in to my account. All items I bought were in the sale and I consider them to be of good quality and value.
