Delivery shambles. Paid £15 extra for delivery of a fragile item..a 6ft high mirror. Was assured by GT that the courier wld ring me to arrange a time for delivery because of the nature of the item. No phone call and just happened to see an email that said it was arriving within the next hour. Offered an option to nominate a safe place so I did, as I could not be around. Safe place ignored and 6ft box left at the front door for all to see/ steal. Had tipped over in the wind but luckily no breakages. Paying £15 for lousy customer service and communication.....not again!

Excellent experience - all products received in good time/ well packaged and in the prefect order.

I have followed up on a order, but I have heard nothing to date, other than receiving this survey.

The door mat I received was flawed with a visible tear and a section of rubber matting on the front of the mat which looks awful Customer services refused my request for an exchange and said the visible marking is part of the design. I have had many of these rugs in the past which have been of good quality so I don’t accept this I would not use garden trading again due to their poor customer services.

Ordered a glass butter dish which was delivered promptly and so well packaged! I've never seen packaging this good. Great quality item and highly recommend this company.

I order two item and only received one. I informed the company but have not received a response.

Everything went as expected, delivery was announced and arrived on time, the Outdoor bench is great and really compliments the front of our house. The quality of the bench is outstanding, only the Description was slightly confusing, so that we needed some time to build it together
