Nice products. Can be slow to despatch

All goods delivered as described. One of the plates I had brought was broken but this was quickly resolved via customer services and a replacement was sent. I would recommend.

The pot is great quality and a true bargain for the price. I gave it 4 stars because the item hadn’t been shipped after a week, so I contacted the customer service twice, but had no reply. I then decided to use the live chat on the website and they were able to help.

Product is great and just what I wanted, only disappointment was the delivery which took 9 working days and It was quite expensive for the small product. But do like GT stuff and will order again.
