Securely packaged and promptly delivered. We were so delighted with our first order of the two smallest planters that we have just received our order of the same item now in the largest size. I recommend a coconut type inner lining to preserve the wonderful planters. Warmly recommend.

This is the third (and final time) I order from this company. Each time there has been something wrong - I have been charged for items that were never delivered, items have been missing from the order, and items have arrived damaged with no refund or replacement being issued! Terrible customer service, but as lovely as the products are, I would strongly avoid!

Efficient and easy order and delivery. I like Garden Trading Not 5 * because the delivery cost was very expensive (£6), given that I ordered one very small stuffed mouse!

We ordered 3 lights and only received one. Emailed a week ago to find out where the other 2 are. Still waiting to hear back from their "investigation ". Want this resolved before we get an electrician to install them.

Although the items arrived fine and looked as they did on the website they smelled very strongly of mould - I've sprayed them and put them out into the shed hoping the smell will go - so it's disappointing that I can't hang the planters up straight away with a pretty plant in them
