Chair desk too flimsy Water boiler didn't, work No paper work or returns invoice with desk chair,have returned both

No hastle!!!

Order arrived quickly and on time

Morning, the wrong item was sent originally it then took a number of weeks to successfully have a replacement delivered and the birthday had passed for which it had been purchsed for (3 weeks before) The replacement is a totally different colour to the original wrong one or the picture in the catelogue so very dissapointed but due to the problems/experiences above we have decided to cut our losses as at least it fits. On a plus side the 2 people I spoke to who helped to resolve the delivery and wrong item were extremely helpful and kind.

Straightforward delivery of two items separately as required.
