Good sturdy walking stick, but not for shorter people!

Prompt acknowledgement of order then quick word of where item was on the system much appreciated Also liked the delivery time window Only minus point was item left on doorstep despite me being at home

Order process was easy and delivery was very fast. What's not to like?

What went wrong, the item was again delivered smashed. It’s no wonder with the flimsy cheap packaging. You know it’s not a laughing matter that this company couldn’t package a china mug properly. No enjoyment for the birthday recipient. It follows that we will never use them again and neither will our relatives and friends.

The product was well advertised, my order went through straight away and was delivered safe and sound

Items arrived in good time but unfortunately I had to return most of my order. When I had not heard about my refund after two weeks, I contacted Customer Services and they were very helpful and efficient in resolving things.

A simple ordering peocedure, delivery as promised and reasonable prices on a good variety of items

The items were delivered within a reasonable timescale. All are serving the purpose for which they were ordered.

So often what you see is NOT what you get. Either the item is not as described or worse delivery can take an age. What I ordered is what I got and delivery was as stated.

Generally the firm is good. But one item in my order was not fit for purpose and fell apart on first use. So I wrote to ask if I was very unlucky or if this was common with the product but got no response. So I had to go through all the hassle of return when the photo I'd taken shows the item is useless
