Terrible company to deal with, an item was returned to them. They said they never received it however, it was tracked via Evri Web site and it states it was delivered back to them. Now I am out of pocket, if you use this company and need to return an item BEWARE. In response to your reply today, it seems strange that Aspen your employee said that the return had not been received however, the following day I put this review up and now the item has been found strange that, the item was returned to you on 4th November as it was tracked and it was only me chasing and putting up this review the return has been found and now being refunded

3 stage white lights are good but switch is very hard to operate when torch is on my head

Product delivered was faulty. Returned using supplier's chosen courier EVRI, who lost it. After many emails and several automated replies, price of item was refunded but not postage. More emails, and postage was eventually refunded. Process took three weeks.
