When told of previous broken article your response was all I could have wished for. Replacement arrived quickly and in good condition. Delivery driver went beyond what was needed as parcel very heavy for me. Thank you for help.

In all day on leave. Was in the kitchen (next to the front door) then my phone pinged around 4.10pm telling me delivery has successfully arrived! WHAT!!! NO DOOR KNOCK!!! I'm sure I had a knocker attached to the front door. The last order had a SCRAPPER missing not a SQUEEZY now I have SQEEZY'S and still no scappers for either items. I got another message regarding the TWO hats I ordered the text says there on the way but the info on the text says HAT not HATS no quantity on the text. So to sum up my experience is: CONFUSING and VERY RUDE DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!!!!!

No problem ordering on line with a discount voucher from the catalogue. Delivery prompt and clear instructions from the delivery operation as to where the parcel was delivered and when with a photo. The Jersey fits perfectly. A great successful buy.
