I ordered two pairs of black socks but they delivered one pair black, on beige.

Wrong umbrella sent by mistake. Very disappointed because I wanted it for my holiday.

Update of my 4th Aug review, been trying to get credit for previously used item sent out to me as ‘new’ After much chasing over weeks of excuses eventually got credit but was £40 short!!!! You name it they have an excuse, “systems down, previous advisor didn’t action, supervisor will call you (didn’t) our phone system crashed” All part of the ‘game plan!’ Called again today, credit will go through in 5 days……I know it won’t! Cheesed off is an understatement.
