I think the service was terrible. Payment was taken 14 days before deceivers of the item. I could not get any idea of what was happening via the tracker. Will not be purchasing from any of the companies involved in the future

I order an item for a friend a couple of weeks ago the delivery company have not left a card so my friend did not know that they tried to deliver. I have given my friends email today my friend received an email and nearly did not open becuase they said it looked like spam

The first order of the rechargeable vacuum cleaner didn’t work. Customer services were very helpful, and established it was faulty so to return it for an exchange. The item was delivered in 2 weeks and it works.
