Ordered two items: one was fine, the other didn't work. I wrote to Customer services and they kindly sent another one - with the same result. I have since written twice, asking for a refund or a working copy of the item, but no reply for the last week or so. So, a very mixed result really!

Not happy ordered June 5th received October 15th to long Poor quality paint treatment needed more stains before assembly, poor quality timber flimsy for garden storage, certainly not value for money Nor that easy to assemble drilled pilot holes would have helped. Storage space adequate, looks good when assembled J A Jones
