The goods and delivery were first class

We ordered our product and it was delivered ahead of the date stated. There was a part missing. I emailed explaining and within 2 days it arrived. They were efficient, friendly and swift.

I would like to be able to award more stars, but we are still awaiting delivery of a quite expensive fire ordered over a month ago ;it was listed as 'out for delivery' and when it failed to arrive we managed to contact Expert Verdict who finally confirmed that there had been a problem in transmitting the order. I am not sure where the error lies, but the fact remains that my husband and I, both in our 70s, are still without our fire.

I submitted a review for the Power Cleaner but it was not published. Therefore, Expert Verditis a catalogue I rate very lowly.

money collected promptly but after 4 weeks goods still not arrived

For a small item purchased, the deliver took nearly 2 months. Purchased 09'09'2021, and dates were changed twice during this time. DElivered on 01'11'2021. On delivery, the driver from Hermes was very impatient waiting for my wife to answer the door (rang the buzzer 4 times) She is disabled. When he gave her the package, my wife cloed the door only for the driver to knock on the door again saying he had given her the wrong parcel. AS he was leavingmy wife asked him politely to ensure that the front entrance door was securley closed as it sometimes sticks, his reply in an arrogant manner was to say that he has alwys shut the door properly nad tried it several times. And only on the 3rd try it actually shut properly.

Ordering was simple, payment secure, altogether a very straightforward process. Dispatch was speedy, would use again
