Very efficient.

I ordered three items from Expert Verdict on the 8th September 2021. Two of the items were delivered, the costs of which were duly shown on my card statement. The third, Home Expert Freezer Defroster Spray, and to me, the most important, was shown as the first item on the Statement but I have not received the goods. When I enquired on Monday (20th September) I was told I had to wait 10 days from the date of order before proceedings could begin. The fact that my money had been been debited from my account did not seem to matter. I am disgusted with this approach to my complaint.

I ordered 2 pairs of Hush Puppie shoes. The delivery was within 3 days and I am very happy with the shoes and the service. In the era of catalogues, phone calls are the way forward. No complaints !

Exactly as requested and arrived on time - just what we wanted!

Still waiting for delivery. Ordered 8.9.21. Left message of option to get another delivery or refund. Asked for another delivery. Hope will get soon.

I am enjoying cycling while sitting on a dinning chair and watching the flowers in my garden. It was easy for me to put together and I am having good exercise using it.

The product looks fine but it did not work correctly, the switch and the light failed to operate.

My last order from Expert Verdict only 2 items instead of three came but after contacting EV the replacement came quickly .I have shopped many timed with this company and have always been highly satisfied with their products and service

Both items arrived as expected.

Always good prompt details of delivery and a message if a delay with stock.
