The hat we ordered arrived before the delivery date. Unfortunately we are STILL awaiting the inhalers. These were due for delivery on 28 August. We are not very happy about this as we have been good customers of yours. No doubt you will look into this immediately.

I tried it on the window in sunlight and it failed to work. I have tried to return it, but the returns label did not work. I sent a message to E V, and they have not replied. Altogether very poor.
