My order arrived in two separate deliveries, the first was left on doorstep, I had been out all day and had no msgs from courier at all ,the tracking said it was with courier never had msg saying it was on the way or when it had been delivered, that was very disappointing. The second delivery informed me when it would be delivered and gave me a time slot, so I was able to make sure I was at home this time, also received a msg and photo saying it had been delivered, a much better service, unlike the first delivery. It has made me think carefully whether I will trust to order again.

Great product, good level of contact once I had ordered, only negative was delivery time. I feel a week is a long time for an item to be sent.

I ordered a long padded bath mat for my elderly mum who was having issues having a bath as she’s elderly and frail and therefore it hurt her to lay in the bath.
