If I could give them a 0 I would. Shipping was over 30 business days but they charged my card within 24 hours of ordering. I was told by an agent that they send the order in 7 days after I paid!!! That's unacceptable. Everyone I talked to had a different excuse. They ship UPS and now they are delayed.That's not on them but you would think that after waiting so long and a customer service agent telling me they would "expedite" my shipping, they would have shipped it FedEx. I am so sorry that I spent my hard earned money with them. Never again!!!

I have purchased glasses from eyebuydirect and zeelool and I have never had so much back and forth like they have given me here. I have never been asked for the original prescription when I order from other online glasses retailers like they did with Frames Direct. The day after I place my order online, I receive an email for upgrades. I had chosen the cheapest, basic lens and frames and was already paying $126.14. No, I did not want the upgrades hence why I did not choose them when I was given the option. The email stated that if they did not receive a response back within 2 days, they would process my order as is, they also asked for my original Rx from my optometrist. I send my original Rx and did not respond to the upgrades questions since I didn't want any. Again, they respond that I did not respond to the upgrades questions and that they would release the order if they did not hear from me in 2 business days. For God's sake, just send my glasses order. I did not see this email until 2 days later in which I responded to please just release my order already and proceed with request as is. I have VSP vision insurance, and I had lost my pair of glasses and all I wanted was just a quick pair to hold me off until I can go back with my insurance and order me another pair. I didn't need all the bells and whistles of upgrades they were trying to sell me. I was very disappointed to get another email advising me that the estimated processing time was 12-18 business days plus the shipping time. At this rate, who knows when I will get these glasses.

I paid for expedited shipping and received my frames 2 days after they shipped. I was very happy with the small wait time for delivery.

The site was very easy to use, I was able to get a person on the phone when I had a question. The only downside is I thought the discount being offered wasn't clear and I paid too much for frames only
