Never in my life have i had so many issues with designer frames they broke when wearing them needless to say customer service is $hit rude as all hell didnt not care that i paid a good penny for them and just brushed it off like ohh well buy a new pair idk care if i come from money dont mean i will be treated like this it's dowm right disrespectful and discrimination no mf i want what i paid for none defective frames not some creap they pulled outta the trash they dont care you cant see they lie and say they are not covered long and behold versace is fixing them by sending a nee pair because frames direct sold defective product 🤔 did not even want to add one star they deserve A Negative 10 stars if you ask me even after reading the bad reviews i still despite the bad reviews bought frames and not even a week later regretted it stay far away from them save time and money and a big headache fashion eye wear is the only place ill forever shop

Love that Frames Direct has a lot to chose from, and that they carry the clip sunglasses which is my go to glasses, instead of having to switch my glasses out when I'm out an about.

Make sure you have your lens Rx checked by your local optometrist. I received my new glasses. Progressive lens. All the features I like. But I could not read with them. Could not focus on the type. Took them to my prescribing optometrist and Frames Direct misread the Rx and the Cyl in the right lens was incorrect. Have sent them back and am hoping that FD can make a new lens and get the glasses back to me pronto. The good news is that FD provided me with an overnight label for the return, and determined quickly that they had misread my Rx. And that they would return my glasses by priority mail. The bad news is that they said it would take 8-10 business days to make a corrected lens . I was hoping that since the error was FD's that I might get pushed up in the processing queue. I originally ordered my new glasses on June 8. So by the time I receive my glasses it could be 40 days since my order that I receive a usable pair of glasses.
