First of all, the customer service at the Chiswick store was outstanding. They spent time with us showing us designs, fabrica and helping us decide on the colours. We loved the fact that there was real variety in the types of fabrics, compared to other sofa stores. For the delivery, they checked details carefully and communicated with us. The sofa looks lovely in our lounge!

Great experience. Had to wait several months for the sofa and chair but it was worth it. Friendly showroom staff, easy communication - when you call someone picks up the phone and knows what they're doing which is a bonus these days! Would definitely buy from them again.
