Very happy with our new sofa from the Lounge,colour,comfort and general presentation,all excellent.The service was great,efficient and friendly. Would recommend the company to friends and family.

Truly beautiful sofas! Having bought them online during lock down I wasn’t sure what they would be like but they are amazing the colour was true to the photos online and they are so comfortable. I love them! Sadly the delivery company The Lounge Co contract to weren’t quite as good but Jaye in Customer Service at The Lounge Co went above and beyond to sort out the issue. I cannot praise him enough and I would highly recommended The Longe Co if you are thinking of buying new sofas.

Sofa arrived with lumpy cushions - overstuffed in some places and under stuffed in others There is only 1 clip holding the two halves together so the sofa snakes and moves independently of each half The sofa came with a large branded metal plaque fixed on the side bearing the lounge co name - I’ve never seen this before and wasn’t expecting it I have sent the sofa back - just awful quality for the price

Loving our new sofa. The 9 week wait seemed forever, but given the status of the world, wasn't actually bad at all. Communication was great, delivery was great, and the sofa itself is as comfy a we hoped. The only challenge we have now is actually getting off of it :)

Service was excellent , an understandable brief hiccup in communication, during Covid 19 re delivery, otherwise very happy with product and overall attention .
