Great customer service throughout from looking in store, receiving samples, ordering and delivery. Communication was fantastic, as were the delivery men. They were efficient, careful and courteous.

if you're thinking of getting a loaf sofa just get one from Lounge Co! They're amazing and represent great value for money They were great from start to finish. The first time we visited their website, to us visiting the Chiswick branch to try out the sofas and choose fabrics etc and us purchasing online to us receiving the sofa. They seem to be of great quality so far and changing address for delivery was no issue at all, as was the delivery dates. Thanks again!
