I have subscribed for 18 months and couldn’t be happier with the variety and motivation your team has offered. The quality and production of each workout increases with each new release. I am a little older, so I do modify when necessary, however; I continuously obtain excellent results. Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to keep my body fit and healthy from home.

Les Mills+ gets a 10 out of 10, firstly because it is fantastic value for money, also the great variety of classes, there is something for everyone. The instructors are so motivating, and of course you can do your training at a time that is convenient for you.

Awesome, but some things to think about....
I love the OnDemand experience, app, the instructors & the music. I appreciate the intensity and motivation of the classes. The app is user friendly. Things I would like to see: -A 10 or 15 second rewind or fast forward instead of just the arrow buttons when playing a video. (Something similar to you tube). -More exercise variety within in the programs. You have several types of programs OnDemand which is awesome. I am referring to the exercises. For example there is not one Grit Cardio or Grit Strength that doesn't have burpees. There needs to be other exercises beside jumping lunges and burpees. What about heismans, leg surrenders, renegade rows, off set push ups, the list could go on.... -The Tone program is great and I wish there were more. -Low intensity or maybe a Recovery Day Program with low intensity exercises combined with stretching and recovery. Not to be compared to the Low Impact Program or change that to Low Impact/Recovery Day Program. Overall amazing programs and OnDemand experience. I have been doing BodyPump since the late 1990's at a local YMCA then it seemed to go away and years later came back strong with so many more program options and I have been back at it for about 6 years now and using the OnDemand since March 2020 when Covid hit and it saved me and also introduced me to so many more programs that were not being offered at the gym. Now I do the workouts on my own at home or at the gym.
Body balance
I subscribe for body balance. But the last few releases, most especially this last, are very disappointing. Kylie gates has changed the program from a focus on yoga/breath/music….to an exercise class challenging strength and flexibility. Please bring back yoga instructors to lead the program, and the focus upon breath/movement/music that made bodyflow great (hint…no yogi speaks of psoas muscles)

When my gym closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, I signed up for Les Mills on Demand. I immediately fell in love with the different programs and I noticed pretty quickly that I was getting into better shape. I do 7 workouts per week which include Body Attack, Body Pump, Core and Grit and I love that I can work out from home at times that are convenient for me. I can honestly say after working out with Les Mills On Demand for over 2 years, I am in the best shape of my life. If you are looking for fast results to improve your fitness, I would highly recommend Les Mills on Demand.
A brilliant selection of classes for…
A brilliant selection of classes for all categories. I particularly like the body pump and combo workouts. Having been a member of a health club for years and only starting les Mills due to covid I find it really feels like you are part of a class atmosphere and I have not returned to a club. Excellent value and superb trainers, all very encouraging. Highly recommend
