Didn't have my items in stock, but still took my money, emailed me to say it was me who cancelled the order, I didn't !! emailed again to say they will refund me, they haven't !!
B-Stock or New?
I recently bought a Denon CD player from Hyperfi which arrived in used condition. When I complained, I was told that the item was actually "B-Stock". I didn't remember any notification letting me know I was not buying new during purchase. I later discovered a very brief mention which requires scrolling down to the bottom of the following page, way past the player's description and way past the "add to cart" button which were on the main page. I think the words "B-Stock" should be on the 1st page or main page, certainly before the "add to cart" not after. I ended up having to pay postage and return postage.
