My experience was very positive, Marc was friendly and very helpful. He took time to explain about changing to Electric vehicles. Since I’m an older customer I needed guidance and instructions on using my phone adding App etc.

I had a battery changed in the Douglas…

I had a battery changed in the Douglas garage, my complaint is that I’m a opal club member since 2016 , but each time I go to get the car serviced or for new parts I always have to remind them that I’m a club member I don’t know why my number plate is not tagged on the computer system, when I got the car back the time and date and radio stations were not given me the proper dates and time it only took me a couple of minutes to do this I don’t understand why the technician couldn’t have done this after the battery was replaced but the small things matter I know it’s not the newest car ,I have all ways go to Douglas garage to get the car serviced but this time also the service book was not stamped can’t understand why not ??
