Not good enough
The job sheet says that a request to fit a worn rear wiper was declined. It wasn’t. Nobody rang me to ask. How can I believe that any of the other work was actually done? The car was given back clean; I can’t say any more than that. Disgraceful situation.

How ironic it is that you consider me as a valued Customer….. My Car : Peugeot 3008 Hybrid Reg. : 132 C 5120 Greg handled my Case…… He has the full story…. Disgraceful treatment of a supposedly valued Customer Gerard Crowley Your response only adds insult to injury… What you fail to mention is that your excuse for not seeing my detailed report was that ‘a Spanish Mechanic’ carried out the Service on my Car….. to clarify matters for the TrustPilot readers …. Prior to the Service being requested my car had a NCT test, resulting in Fail for a damaged front right Coil Spring. Had to have this job carried out locally as my time was limited due to NCT recheck…. When the Garage carried out this replacement they notified me of the loose connection of the oil filter and that the car was dangerously low on Oil…. They duly carried out the change of oil filter and oil…. Car passed NCT and as it was due Normal Service, I booked it in to coincide with a holiday break in Ireland. When dropping off the Car keys in J&P I mentioned to the Girl @ Service Reception that I had left a detailed report on the recent happenings with the Car for the attention of the Service Mechanic…. They had the Car for 9 days …. The report included Invoices I had paid the local Garage for the Spring Coil and the Loose Oil filter Cap plus other smaller jobs for NCT….. The Service notes had no mention of my Report and I had to go to the Car to locate it for the Service Staff…. When I heard the excuse that the Mechanic who carried out the service was a Spanish National and probably wouldn’t have been in a position to understand my report, I could not take anymore…. Paid my reduced Bill (€50) and left….. Don’t normally go into detail on these issues but hopefully it will give you some insight into the inefficiency of some of these reputedly recognised Garages. Will NOT be going back to J&P again ….
