I chose to buy a jewellery box from Stackers as I was attracted by the way additional layers could be added to the standard box. When my order arrived, the inside of the additional layer was very different from the inside of the layers in the standard box. I couldn’t believe this…surely, if the main selling point of Stackers boxes is the ability to add new layers as and when needed it should be a given that the colours will be a perfect match? I did contact the company and the communication I had from Stackers was very nice, after about 10 days I received another layer which did match however it’s totally taken the shine off things and I definitely wouldn’t buy another layer. The person I received emails from said that I should quote the batch number if I wanted to order anything else, there is no mention of this on the website, also the batch number is stuck to the label on the bottom of the jewellery box which says ‘peel gently here’ so most people will have no idea what their batch number is as they will have removed the sticker. Overall I feel very let down and in hindsight I wish I had bought something else.

I bought a 3 stack in the sale so saved about £10 when buying altogether rather than separately. I bought navy which I think is a nice blue. Look very plush and fits all my jewellery. Would recommend if you can afford a little more. Find a stacker better than a normal jewellery box

Never ever again. Placed an order on 02/01. Order hadn't been delivered a week later so I ordered from elsewhere as I was running out of time, and sent a message via the Stackers website on 09/01 saying I wanted to cancel it. Two days later, I receive an email from customer service, saying Hi, thanks for your recent order on Stackers.com. Unfortunately, due to a stock error we have been unable send item 74334 Black Hanging Washbag from our warehouse, and so this item is being dispatched via our online Amazon store instead. This is due for delivery tomorrow. Sorry for any confusion this may cause. Please note the rest of your order will be sent from our warehouse. Best wishes, . I replied immediately again saying I wanted to cancel the order and also sent the same email to hello@stackers yet they didn't respond again and ignored my request so I raised a dispute on PayPal. One bag arrived yesterday from Amazon which I'll be sending back once PayPal confirm when I should do it and now today I'll be refusing delivery of the main parcel which was clearly sent after I'd done all of this. I of course also need to keep an eye out for the courier and I really don't have the time or interest in doing this either. Appalling customer service. Avoid!

Absolutely disgusted with my purchase. Damaged before packing in your factory and very poor quality. Would like to know where to go for a full refund please ? It is a shame because the idea of stacking is a good one in my opinion. I look forward to a rapid response. Regards. Jake Owen.
