everything was very good

wonderful product manufactured to top quality standard and delivered very rapidly when ordered on line

I ordered probably a bit late, so there was very little to choose from online in the colour I wanted, in early December. The delivery was a bit on the average side. It took over a week to arrive. Whilst the quality is good, I was disappointed with the size,(I should have checked the measurements). It is smaller than the average jewellery boxes you see in the shops, certainly smaller than Marks and Spencers, even though I ordered the classic size, not the mini. If I was doing this again, I would probably buy elsewhere. Cannot say that it was value for money.

Spent a lot for Christmas gifts and I thought I bought at the best time for a good price. Then one weekend the company offered 20% discount on all items and also offered free engraving on one item which would have been great for a present I bought my wife. I know they have to make offers at times but not great timing for my budget when they make the offer after I bought all my items. Great quality on everything that was delivered.

Initial dispatch was slow at more than a week (although admittedly busiest week of the year), I would have appreciated more communication regarding the delay as I felt I had to make contact to make sure the order had not been lost. However did receive amazing customer service when there was an issue with the delivery.

I recently returned an item using same packaging it arrived in , terms stated £4.00 postage will be deducted from refund Well double that amount was deducted I rang them and a chap said I had ,and told me he’d pass it on to accounts would I be happy for a email response None received so I sent an email explaining the situation Some time wasting emails back-and-forth, where stackers say they don’t know why am emailing and I still haven’t got to the bottom of this, I know it’s only an extra £4 but if they do this to everyone then it’s soon mounts up in their favour, so just a warning if you want stackers buy it from John Lewis don’t bother ordering from them online

Very pleased with the opportunity to select the trays with the most relevant compartments to fit my jewellery in beautifully. The quality is excellent and the variety of choice gives you a feel of custom luxury. The website is clear and easy to use and the service is very good. Keeping you up to date on your order without an unnecessary amount of emails to clog up your inbox.

Product itself is ok other that a loose thread on the stitching, it seems good quality. Packaging was poor, the tissue paper was ripped and the white box squashed. Felt like it was a return.
