Asked to leave a review for an order placed 10 days ago. Still haven’t received it and no communication so I’m afraid I’ve no alternative but to rate it as one star. I hate leaving negative reviews but in this case feel it’s justified and certainly won’t be ordering from Stackers again as item will not be here in time for my wife’s birthday tomorrow.

The item I bought had been requested so it was easy to find and order. It came in good time, nicely packed.

All goods received were well packaged. No damage. Good quality products. Instructions followed correctly. Presents are now wrapped and ready to send.

Products are fantastic, but I will never buy a product directly from them ever again. I will rather buy through Amazon. I have had to return an item, and this has been a complete mess. There is a £4 fee for a return, this is fine, but the item is now stuck in the delivery hub. Having emailed numerous times this week, no reply from anyone, even though they were very happy to help when returning the item. My advice, buy from Amazon, so if you need to return you won't be charged £4 and you will be guaranteed to get a refund. I have now lost my initial £50 and have nothing to show. Lesson learnt. Updated from 1 to 5: eventually received a reply and a full refund will be issued. Thank-you. As previously mentioned the products are fantastic.

Terrible customer service. Would not buy again. Emailed them 3 times to find out when my item was being despatched after not hearing back from them after a week of placing my order. Received it 9 days later with no notification from Stackers. I explained in my emails it was a gift and urgently needed to know if I would receive it in time and still no response. Very frustrating to not know what’s going on for 9 days!! Called them well before closing time to get an automated messaged that they close at 5pm. It was 4.53pm!! If you’re that busy to not respond to emails, maybe work a full day!

Beautiful 5 tier jewellery box in taupe. Really high quality. Arrived on time

Sadly , the box is not as I was hoping for. I need one where the internal dividers can be removed. I have tried to call you to ask if the jewellery roll might do what I want. So far I am happy with your service. I as kept informed at all times regarding delivery and the items arrived as specified. However, as the items are a gift for my granddaughter I have not opened them completely. I am sure they will be well received on Christmas Day.
