Website misleading. Tried to purchase a gift voucher to be emailed to recipient but had to give all sorts of info including my postal address and then had to call to have the voucher sent to me to then forward on. Very laborious and clunky—not going to do again. Hated that I had to call to sort out after purchasing something on-line. Pointless.
