I received only one of an item whereas I ordered two. Within two days I received the second one. I have always received a quick response from them.

Just received my order 11.45 am Saturday that I ordered 10.00 am yesterday (Friday). Not quite sure how Pureflo managed that. A pity all the other companies I deal with can't do something even close to this.

Usually happy with service but unfortunately my most recent order, despite adding a different delivery address as I had ordered on behalf of my father, item was delivered to my address in error. Not a huge problem, just a small annoyance!

Wanted filter cartridge. They supplied promptly. I received. Can't say much more!!
