I have been a customer for many years and have always had an excellent prompt service.

Only half my order arrived, got in touch with customer service and they put the matter right within days.

Although the order payment was supposed to include postage, the package was not stamped and cost me another £3.50 to Royal Mail. I sent a receipt for this to Pureflo on 8 October but six weeks later have not even received the courtesy of a response, let alone a refund to my card. Whilst the quality of product is good, and would otherwise have warranted a 5* review, there is no excuse for such abominable customer service, hence the low score.

Never had a issue before but this time the filters were dispatched to the billing address rather than the delivery address which caused a delay in fitting. Also a month after receiving the filters I got an E-mail stating that they had just been dispatched. Very confusing. However no further filters arrived.

As usual an efficient service.
