I live in Spain and use the water filter tapp all the time. I wasn’t sure if the filters could be shipped here. Really helpful email letting me know it was ok and what the shipping and import charges would be. Delivered within a week at a very reasonable cost

A good simple filter that works, helps to prevent hard water scale forming in kettle. We always use filtered water when making tea or coffee.

Fiters arrived earlier than expected. Compared to previous filters these did not need to have water run for long to clear excess chemicals. Very pleased.

Good service & Good Products..

Spare parts for my water filter tap arrived after a small delay. Most likely due to the petrol/diesel shortage. Fitted easily and my tap is now back in working order. I've been a customer for at least 14 years and will continue to do so.
