I'm disabled and suffer pain all over my body, I bought the octasmar mattress 2 days ago and have slept in it for the last 2 days. I expected it to give me a great night's sleep but am extremely disappointed to say it's been the complete opposite. I have woken in even more pain than usual due to how uncomfortable the mattress is. It doesn't support me at all. I wish I had never bought it

I have had nothing but courtesy, excellent service and good delivery from Land of Beds. The divan was beautifully packed and assembly instructions clear. Unfortunately, through no fault of Land of Beds and their product, I had to return my bed. Once again, the person who took my call was most helpful and arranged a prompt pick up. This level of customer service is rare. Land of Beds gets top marks from me!

Excellent people to deal with, even when I ordered the wrong mattress it was no problem to them, they took the wrongly ordered mattress away and replaced it very promptly I would strongly recommend them to anyone, the customer service lady was both polite and helpful

Good fast service

Great experience! Although we arrived near closing time, Darren didn't rush, answered our questions and asked the right ones in order to recommend the perfect mattress for us. Then took us through prices and promotions and allowed us "time to sleep on it"... so we placed an order a couple of days later. We'll definitely come back.

I ordered a pine headboard which was delivered promptly and well packaged. However the screws were not long enough to hold the struts in place. Fortunately I had some longer screws which sufficed. The headboard looks nice enough but did find the issue with the screws annoying.
