This place claims to be a online beds delivery company yet they can't deliver to your address. We ordered an ottoman bed which turned out not to be the one we wanted but prior to this I got a call to say they were at the property but won't be delivering to the flat as quote what he said " we don't do delivery to the flat" when asked why same thing. It states on the website that there needs to be a lift and max 2 flights of stairs they will go I said this to the delivery driver. We live on the first floor and theres a lift, unbelievable. We sent the item back and paid £100 to do so in December the image and description are not clear on website for item. And just to add the quality of bed was not good standard.

Darren gave us advice on choosing our Mattress,so many to choose from a bit overwhelming. Advice accepted made our choice a lot easier!! Bed arrived this week.Perfect service from start to finish.

To begin with the customer service of Lands of Beds is great. Charlotte and Laura where both super helpful. I was originally going to buy my bed off another website, but due to numerous reviews on how bad their costumer service was I decided to look somewhere else. And I'm happy I did. They offered to send me a sample of the material and they have a price match service which was happily offered to us. My Havana Navy super king bed arrived promptly within a week and the delivery guys even took it upstairs for us. It took some time to get it up but I'm super happy with it, the colour/ fabric is exactly what I wanted and the storage is fab. Thanks for your great service 👍.

My order was promptly acknowledged by phone,checking on the size of bed ordered,and a date for delivery given.Further details,time of expected delivery were given by phone.The bed frame was delivered on time by a very helpful driver.The erection of the frame was without difficulty as the instructions were clear,all fittings were included and the parts fitted together well. The bed looks well, is of good quality and feels safe. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Don’t normally write reviews, but Laura and her team were outstanding. I live 90 miles away in Yorkshire but they were head and shoulders above my local retailers in price, service and knowledge! Will always use them in future! Thank you.
