We rang Land of beds to order a bed for my elderly mum. Myself and mum spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who was very friendly and helpful who guided us through the process. Mum received the new bed even quicker than expected and is so pleased with it and is sleeping much better. A very nice company right from order through to the delivery people. Would definitely recommend.

This is just for sales service review that I received over the phone I am still waiting to receive the product. Service was excellent. Polite and professional. I will update this review as the mattress arrives etcetera. If Land of beds reads this it might be more prudent to ask for a review after someone has received the product as this is far to early in the process in my opinion.

Easy to order and arrived as stated, but received a send email with a delivery date a week further on. This must have been an error but was a little confusing. Mattress is superb, delivered rolled which was really handy.

Very helpful staff during the online chat service. I spoke with Laura, who went through all the specifications of the 2 mattresses I was trying to decide between. I would have liked to try both in store, but this was not an option as we live too far away to travel. I would also like to mention that I spoke to Charley a few days ago, and she was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I am now looking forward to receiving my new mattress, and feel confident that I have made the right choice, with the help and advice I received.
