We are old customers here, and I have never bought a bed from any other company. (I am long in the tooth now! Today, we visited to buy a bed for my elderly, disabled Mum, who is also partially sighted and quite deaf. A gentleman named Michael assisted us. He was instantly helpful, including helping Mum up your 4 steps to view a single bed. He was patient, courteous, and informative. Please thank him on our behalf, I would mention, however, that although I was told you supply a ramp for wheelchairs to navigate the steps, that ramp would be a little too steep for any elderly folk using a wheeler. On this occasion, Michael willingly gave Mum a hand to reach the single bed to try it out. Mum was most impressed! Your service has proved yet again to be first class. Thank you, we shall be back!

An all round great experience of buying online
I found the website really easy to navigate. Buying was avery simple process and confirmation received immediately. I also contacted them on their Chat line and asked a couple of questions. To my delight I had a reply from a real person not a Chatbot. Charlotte acknowledged receipt of my enquiry andsaidshewould check it out and get back which she did within the hour. She answered my questions clearly. She even offered advice on how to look after the mattress after delivery which was welcome. All in all it was a good positive experience which some of our major utility providers could do well to embrace. Thanks Land of beds and a Special thanks to Charlotte😀🏴

I would give less than 1 star if…
I would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered a luxury pillow for £60 beginning of Jan and now it is thr 30th of January and item never dispatched. Will never order from this company again. I'm so glad it was not thousands I had spent on furniture. I have requested a cancellation and refund as I no longer want the item and would rather go to a store and buy it in person so at least I have something in my hand when I pay for it. Very unhappy customer never to return.

Had issues with a mattress so sent photos and glad to say communication has been excellent and a replacement is being arranged without any fuss (Thank you Claire and Lesley). Despite my replacement mattress still to arrive i felt comfortable enough to order another bed and mattress and very grateful for the kind assistance of Charlotte who made me feel like a valued customer. It the kind of personal service that i think many companies neglect. I think think I've found my first stop when looking for beds and mattresses. Highly recommended.
