Website was easy to use and order from. No problems with communication about when to expect delivery etc. I did have a question to ask about the mattresses I ordered and was able to use the online chat without a hitch. Charley, the member of staff I was chatting to on line offered to call me in person, and did so right away, answered all my questions and was knowledgeable and friendly towards me. I would 100% recommend purchasing from land of beds.

Unfortunately my trusted 35 year old pine bed was damaged when I dismantled it so I needed a new one ( still glued the old one ). My old one is great quality and I was worried about getting the matchstick like quality you get nowadays. I needn’t have worried. This pine bed is lighter than the old one but it’s still sturdy and is beautifully crafted with no faults in the pine or damaged bits. It’s all smooth and made with care. My slimmer mattress is also firm yet so comfy to sleep on. Charley gave such a personal service too. Thanks Land of Beds. Not the cheapest price but good value and still competitive.

Having had a bad experience with a delivery crew of one of their supplier companies last week, (who were disrespectful, obviously in a great hurry, and really quite rude,) I'm delighted to say that having stepped in for me, Leslie and the other helpful folks at Land of Beds arranged a re-delivery today, with a team who were quick, efficient, neat and tidy and in truth, faultless. I placed an Order with Land of Beds for a Simba Hybrid Pro mattress and 2 Bianca Fine linen Fitted sheets- The Hybrid Pro was delivered on 28th January 2025-It is so comfortable-(medium firm).-The next day-29th,-I received 4 Bianca fine linen fitted sheets by mistake-I offered to send 2 back -but received a phone call back to say that I can keep them.-I am very pleased and completely satisfied with this purchase it has been an excellent shopping experience.-I would definitely consider shopping with Land of Beds again and recommend them to anyone.-Thankyou very much.
