Phoned Land of Beds & spoke to Julie who guided me through the different types of Relyon mattress ( my manufacturer choice) Needed a mattress to potentially suit both my wife & my needs. After an additional 3 calls & subsequent quotes, I purchased The Luxury Pashmina mattress. Initial impressions are very favourable, quality product very well made (waiting for mattress to bed in before leaving another review) . Charlotte who finalised my order with yet another informative call, was very helpful and helped me make my final decision. I have been extremely happy with the polite & informative service I have received from all the staff from this company & would highly recommend.

I liked the ordering process online, which was smooth and efficient. The same cannot be said for the delivery. I did not receive a notification of date of delivery in advance. When delivery was made it was just dumped outside my flat door. I was in but did not hear any bell as instructed on my door. The mattress package was very heavy and, as an 81 year old with mobility issues I found it difficult to manoeuvre the package into place inside my flat - not at all good service

This was our second purchase from the store and have to say the knowledge and attention to detail was excellent Julie was amazing and took her time to understand our needs we would recommend to everybody and will be making another purchase soon for our caravan

You promised delivery in 7 to 14 days. Now you inform me that it will be almost a month. You should tell the truth when advertising.
