After trying a Vispring mattress in a local store, I went online to try to find it cheaper and Land of Beds not only offered the lowest price, but also 12 months interest free credit. My only hesitation was wanting to delay delivery but a quick conversation with Mike and this was all sorted. He was friendly, professional but not at all pushy. I am very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress!

Vistied Hypnos showroom yesterday and was given a few of the retailers to contact after choosing the bed we wanted. i wanted to give my business to a family run business , i had already found a price online and speaking with Julie , she agreed to match it and nothing was a problem. Even managed to get 10000 Avios by using BA Shopping portal . Every little counts!

Good experience at Land of Beds Pemberton. Did a bit of online research before going but was able to try the mattresses in person. Irene and Alan and gave great advice and kept the costs down. Would recommend a visit to help you to decide the best products.

I emailed the company last week and had a response today. I had enquired about specific 6'6" mattresses for an adjustable bed. Julie, the sales team leader replied with a few possible options. I compared them and gave Julie a call. We discussed several options and I decided to purchase a complete adjustable bed and mattress! As I have health problems I did not have to pay VAT. Julie went over and above with her advice and helped me make a decision. She answered my questions very courteously. She is a lovely, warm, friendly person. I cannot wait for my new bed and mattress to arrive. THANK YOU JULIE for the all the information you gave me and your patience with me.

We were met by Julie who was so knowledgeable. She stood back to allow us to look around but was in the background to answer questions (without hovering!) Julie helped my wife and I make our purchase, without her we could have made a big mistake in our choice. We're really pleased. Thanks Julie!

Product is top quality, the service from sales to delivery was good, however, parcelforce let the total transaction down by communicating one thing about delivery and then delivering one/two days later.

Absolutely awful customer service. Purchased a Relyon mattress, experienced server dipping in the areas we sleep (and we are not heavy individuals) despite following the care guide carefully. We raised this with them under the guarantee to be told it’s not a manufacturing fault despite the technician confirming there is a an issue with the settlement of the mattress and this is extremely visible in pictures. The mattress is no longer fit for purpose and gives us awful back ache (we are 30 years old for context). Do not buy from Land of Beds.
