Extremely Disappointing Delivery…

Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience I purchased a Sleepeezee mattress from Land of Beds during their so-called "bank holiday sale,". A couple of weeks later, I noticed the mattress was still the same price, just under a different sale. So much for the countdown timer and urgency! Whilst the mattress was fine, the delivery process was awful . I wasn’t able to select a delivery date, and as someone who works Monday to Friday without flexibility, this was a huge inconvenience. The delivery company assigned me a random date by text, and when I couldn’t make it, I had to wait another week for a new date. You can’t even specify when you're available, which could leave you waiting indefinitely. The delivery company they used is Point 2 Man 2 Man Delivery. To make matters worse, I contacted Land of Beds to let them know when I was available, and while they said they would arrange it with the courier, clearly that didn’t happen or the courier didn’t care. The customer service did try but ultimately the delivery team has let them down - hence the 3 stars. I should’ve stuck with Dreams, where you can at least book a delivery slot that suits you. I won’t be shopping with Land of Beds again and I would only recommend if you’re someone who can get any day of the week off

I researched a mattress which land of beds supply

I researched a mattress which land of beds have at a competitive price but I want to be able to lay on it and land of beds is too far. That said they sent an email saying that I could try the mattress on trial but I don’t want have to go through the hassle of sending back and finding another Can’t fault them for customer service

Pathetic costumer service

This company is a joke. I ordered a bed and cover on the 22 July. Half of the order arrived and the rest is missing. Then i get told about the company name changed of their supplier. Well that in NOT my problem. I paid for items and want it or they refund me the full order and collect the half order i received and i can go somewhere more organised and professional.

Terrible delivery service

My bed was delivered without any notification it was out for delivery. It took 5 days for my bed to be delivered following this. Being lied to everyday that it was going to be delivered that day but never turned up. I was told I would receive compensation for my troubles, taking time out of work etc but it's been a month and no communication

the mattress was fantastic

the mattress was fantastic, but the driver of the delivery van was really horrible ,he told me that he had been trying to call me for half an hour, but my husband had been giving him directions on the phone, he literally pushed the clip board ,no pen for me to sign ,his assistance was really nice ,not much English but he got me a pen and showed where I needed to sign, the driver need to be a little more mannerly o customers and his work colleague, the young man struggled to bring the item on his own,

Very good ordering experience

Very good ordering experience. Prompt replies to (lots!) of questions. Charlotte was really helpful & patient & even checked certain specifics direct with bed manufacturer for me when I was deciding what to go for. The answers covered all my queries giving me the confidence to order online. Just have to wait now for my bed :)
