I have found both Julie and Darren extremely helpful throughout the process of sourcing a new divan and mattress to replace my old silent night divan and mattress. They have made the process very easy to navigate 😀 😀

After researching on the internet we were thoroughly confused about which mattress and/or bed to buy. We visited Land of Beds on the off chance and immediately Charlotte greeted us in a very friendly but unobtrusive way. She gave us some guidelines and explained the layout of the shop and then left us to try out the beds for ourselves but was always available when we had questions - and we had many! We were extremely impressed with her knowledge about each bed and she helped us to make a decision without any attempt to encourage us to spend more than we wanted to. It was a real pleasure to be served by someone who obviously cares about you getting it right and who knows the business inside out. This is very unusual to find this these days. Thank you Charlotte we can’t wait for our new bed to arrive.

Had problems initially with the order being processed, but Julie at Land of Beds was able to sort it out. I think that the problem was more with me not allowing time for the order to go through, than anyone else.

Spoke to Darren recently, very professional/knowledgable. Helped me a a lot! Would recommend. Haven't received the bed yet as it’s only been a couple of days but managed to get a king size with mattress for a good price.

I rather stupidly ordered the wrong size mattress, but Nicola contacted me to advise me of my error and amended my order to the correct size in time to take advantage of the bank holiday sales. A most excellent service.

I highly recommend Land of Beds. There customer service is 5 stars. They provided a personal touch which the big national shops don't. Darren and Alan were very helpful. As my wife is disabled they carried mattresses from the top floor to ground floor for her to try out. Nothing was too much trouble. They were able to advise on each mattresse and made the whole experience simple. We finally decide on the Lewis & Jones Epson mattress & bed. Delivery took a little longer than expect. The delivery men were very professional taking the old mattresses and quickly assembling the new bed which looks great. Excellent service from start to finish.
