Prompt delivery by courier, i think the cost of delivery (£10) was very steep, i am realistic and know that delivery costs but £10? Communication about delivery non existent but thats probably the courier and not the seller.

The team at Land of Beds continue to provide that next level of Customer Service. There was an issue with the bed that was delivered. From raising this with Customer Service, they were very quickly in touch to assist me in resolving the matter. I had conversations with Lesley by both email and telephone. She kept me up to date with the process and provided assurance that a replacement would be forthcoming. Excellent response and friendly level of service once again. Very happy with the outcome and thank you Lesley for your help.

OK Product, reasonable price. Awful courier
Product looked OK at a reasonable price. Delivery shown as 7-10 days and restated in confirmation email. Tracking information immediately reports delivery will be sooner, when I'm not in. Rang customer services who said nothing can be done courier will attempt delivery than I can reschedule with info on card. No card delivered fortunately email contained necessary information. Redelivery scheduled, but courier did not deliver and no update in tracking. Courier provides no useful tracking information and will not leave in safe location if not in, so had to wait in all day.

Problems with delivery and mattress damp
Despite being told by Land of Beds that the delivery company would contact me to arrange a day for delivery of a mattress, I was given two hours' notice that delivery was on its way that day with no facility to stop or re-arrange. A neighbour kindly took delivery in. I am concerned that LoB used a delivery company with 50% one stars on TrustPilot. When the the pack was opened the mattress was damp. It's now drying out and so I've not been able yet to test the quality of the mattress.

My experience with Land of Beds was generally what I expected, friendly and plenty of videos to explain everything. I am a little disappointed with the edges of my mattress being too soft but there wasn’t really the after sales support for my query. Yes I would still use them again.

I had a delivery of a mattress today, by two men, one was called Mike. They rung to let me know an approximate time they would be arriving. They were very helpful, polite and made sure everything was fine with me before leaving.

We spoke to Maria who helped us with our order for 2 mattresses but to different addresses. Nothing was too much trouble and she stayed on the phone to us until it was all complete. It was lovely to be able to talk with someone who was not only helpful but both pleasant and polite….. thank you Maria.
