Totally Incompetent. Customer Service is appalling.

Where do I start with the incompetence of the after sale customer service team. Ordered a guest bed delivered when they said they would. Bed arrived the trundle part of the bed was missing, all the packaging was dirty with an oily substance and one of the mattress was marked. Now 3 weeks later following 10+ plus emails, 20+ calls broken promises, lies , no call backs when promised an attempt to deliver a new mattress (the wrong one) an attempt to deliver on a day I told land of beds I was on holiday the saga rumbles on unresolved. Shameful. Dear Land of Beds…all I want is my new mattress ( the correct one please) delivered on the day we agreed…how difficult can that be?

Shocking customer service, faulty mattress and manager that seems to not exist

I originally bought a mattress which was awful quality and kept sagging so I asked for a replacement and so changed brands and mattress type and this one had a fault from day one on the left side. They arranged a person to assess it and the man told me it was faulty but the report came through saying different and it was like a half fudged report with accurate photos and wrong wording. I stated my case again to sleepeeze and they made land of beds do another inspection. Once again proven faulty. The company are refusing to give us a refund and only want to swap the mattress again. We are not interested in any mattresses from this supplier after giving them the chance to source a Tempur one mattress which they don’t stock. They stock other Tempur mattresses but double the price and I’m surprised Tempur won’t let them buy the one we want. Never the less we lost faith in this company and we want a refund. I’ve put it firmly in writing and they won’t reply in writing. They conveniently haven’t sent the new faulty report through to us. They keep telling us the managers in meetings and the manager will call us but the manager never does and doesn’t seem to exist. My husbands a lorry driver now with extremely poor sleep and back that hurts so bad he’s had to pause his gym membership. It’s so uncaring to put customers through this sort of treatment. We will be taking them to the small claims court now because I’ve given this company enough chances. If they want to read this and give us a refund then great we can part ways but otherwise see you in court. Update. The following day of posting this I have been contacted and offered a refund once the mattress is collected

Product good, delivery wasn't

Delivery was unpleasant - I had to abandon my daughter and nine-month-grandson to lunch by themselves to get back from Kendal as the delivery man insisted I be home within half an hour, despite that being two hours ahead of the email forewarning me of the delivery time. I did not enjoy being harangued. My daughter then found it hugely uncomfortable and was in great distress until she discovered at 2am it had been delivered upside down. She was strong and stressed enough to turn it over by herself.
