The worst treatment my wife and I have ever had I think it’s probably easier to see the king than it is to see a doctor They say that a doctor will ring back but don’t I had to take my wife to hospital to see a doctor I could go on and on about the whole system

Very happy with outcome of visit I have visited Dr Zackery several times…

I have visited Dr Zackery several times and have felt that she has always heard what I have said and has been of great help to my progress of feeling better. I have felt safe in her hands. I first saw Dr Zackary last year and more recently in March.

Lack of care and understanding!!

I was recently diagnosed with a chest infection and received an appointment the same day, my daughter also had the same symptoms as myself so I tried to book her in for a same day appointment but was told she had been triaged and would not be seen for another week, which was ridiculous, I went around the doctors, called 111, had an out of hours doctor, and was prescribed antibiotics all within an hour of calling 111. I have had so many issues with this group, the doctors are pleasant but the patient care via phone calls and the booking system is non existent. I would not recommend Vine Medical Group.

Absolutely discussing so called NHS, Dear Mr Austin, Thank you for contacting us today unfortunatly we cannot prescribe medication without being seen by one of our Clinicians and due to us being full to capacity Your appointment request has been reviewed and you are asked to attend the urgent treatment centre to be seen. There are walk in centres available at either Petersfield hospital or St Marys. Thanks, Vine Medical Group

Excuse for a go service!

Absolutely horrendous excuse for a GP surgery! They seem to have no time for their patients and often send a single text and think that is satisfactory. I suffered with an ingrown toenail for a long time due to surgery waits, needed antibiotics multiple times and I was told they could help me no further and perhaps I should try going private. I have finally had nail surgery but have a slight infection, I have put a form in to ask for antibiotics and I received a text to say they are full to capacity and I should go to the walk in centre. I have only ever been fobbed off by this go surgery and it is disgusting! They seem to have no care or interest in their patients and use any excuse to not deal with you. Worst gp surgery I have ever known!!!

Since registering 12 months ago, I have received excellent service from the helpful staff. Appointments are easy to get and I am very happy with the service

Yet again non-existent service

Yet again, non existent service from Vine Medical. Vine Medical don't have anyone to visit a housebound relative and get a paramedic to go. Then paramedic contacts Vine who are unprepared to go with Paramedic's opinion that our relative needs an antibiotic, that's fair enough but the out of hours doctor may not visit tonight. This happened at 7.30pm. Talk about the public calling the Ambulance Service when not justified, what about the these Medical groups doing so to cover their own failings. We live many miles away and thankfully our Doctors are brilliant. Update - following my other half making about 8-10 calls to follow this up we understand the process better. For the area our relative lives in, doctors surgeries don't do out of hours calls. A paramedic is called and if as in our relatives case they think a doctor is required, the out of hours doctors service is called. It's an overly complicated process, but in this case not Vine Medicals fault.

Feeling completely let down again,

Feeling completely let down again, Called just over a week before Christmas for some pain relief that I can have after describing my pain at 10 out of 10, I've been given a face-to-face appointment the 5th of January when all I needed was a doctors call then a prescription, I have now been in agony all over Christmas thanks to Vine Medical Group. I wish i could give 0 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY!

Only gave one *as 0 is not an option. Please, please avoid this surgery like the plague (they would not see you even if you had the plague)! Never ever known a surgery like it, absolutely disgusting service. Tried to get an appointment, they said it was not necessary but ended up in hospital! Luckily I have moved to a much better surgery. Only writing this to warn others, please read the reviews about this awful place. Even my chemist said how bad they were, together with a physio. Honestly sign up at your peril!

Absolutely dismal

Absolutely dismal, wait weeks for Reponses , cannot discuss anything with receptionist, as they will report a near miss to their managers, does not take anything the patient says into consideration as they don't care to listen nor support. The messaging system they use assumes everyone's knows exactly where to go, add a street number and a contact number to your messaging system its easy. Also couldn't care less if the patient schedule cannot accommodate their 1 open appointment time, then tell people that if you can't make the appointment you will have to open a new case. closed my account with them, Seriously, If you're not willing to listen to patients then find another job.
