Yet another miserable experience

Phoned at 1401. Because I knew it would be a long wait I opted for phone back service. At 1625 (yes - well over two hours later) I’d still not got a call back. I phoned again only to return to the queue but told I was number one in line (funny old thing). I explained to receptionist how long I’d waited who disbelieved me as she said there was only a 30 minute queue time so I told her to check the system as I’d been waiting over a couple of hours. Still never managed to get an appointment - yet again!

Disappointed

I was invited to make an appointment for a health check and the standard checks were done. However I had a couple of issues I would have liked more advice on and was told they were unable to give me any advice and I should make an appointment with a go. The issues were only small and I did not want to waste the GP time if unnecessary so was disappointed with this.

Four weeks to get a GP appointment…was…

Four weeks to get a GP appointment…was rescheduled for an additional week due to sickness and short staff…not great as it took a few months to get to this position. However, once l got to see the GP, she was really helpful and understanding.

My experience at the Surgery

The Nurse was professional she carried me along by explaining every bit of the process before executing it. Timing was excellent as I did not wait too long before I was called in. Thank you for your good work.

Regular B12 injection

Went in for my regular B12 injection, which was absolutely fine, but I had a few queries and the nurse was very helpful indeed, answered all my questions and helped with some information.
