I ordered 5 days ago but still no news on my order and not even shipped yet. I tried to call, emails and phone but no response. I was going through reviews on this site but trust me not a single one you can rely on. I started to feel i wasted my money. Terrible experience with them and not recommended. Be careful to spend even 1 dollar on this website.

What great customer service

What great customer service. I had put in a triplicate order for Tea tree lotion, some to be sent to me and some to be sent to my mum. Instead of just filling it, I had the nicest text asking me if I had made a mistake or should the order be processed. Who does that anymore…an order is filled and off it goes. Instead, someone took the time to ask, in this day and age of rising costs, if I meant to order so much. I assured them I did, and thanked them for making me feel that I mattered. Thank you to the company and its wonderful staff, I will order from them again without question.

Great Customer support with GoSupps

The "GoSupps Happiness Team" truly provides prompt helpful communication and the customer support is the best possible. Since starting with GoSupps several years ago, I continue to search and order from this website for items I need. I've never had a problem. Recently, I placed an order for some items in the morning. That evening I remembered another item I needed and ordered that also. I realized my mistake would cost me two shipping fees. I immediately emailed GoSupps to ask if they could possibly combine the small items into one shipping package to save on shipping fees. To my amazement, the next morning I had received a response saying that they would indeed combine the items into one package and refund the second $20 shipping fee to my credit card. And they did within the same hour! I wish all companies were the pleasure to work with as is GoSupps. I highly recommend this company. BC, Canada

Amazing company

Amazing company. I had an issue with my ApplePay not completing my first attempt to order. Thanks to the incredibly friendly and so very helpful GoSupps Happiness Squad Team I was able to get my order confirmed and received with international shipping in less than a week. So much quicker than expected! Couldn’t be happier with the service…great people doing a great job!!
