On October 2, 2024, I ordered Glister Concentrated Mouthwash 2 pcs. 50 ml (old model) from Amway. On October 10, 2024, I received a completely different order. They sent me Glister Mouthwash 2 pcs. 72 ml of the new model. That is, a completely different product. I think this is a scam!!! Because I can buy the new model myself from Amazon for $ 10-15. Or I can register with Amway and buy from there. I have an allergy to the new model. That's why I was looking for the old model. Your action is illegal.

ordered 3 dr. cool wrap, total $45 usd, and was shipped very late and received almost 2 weeks after order and was asked to pay duty $25 CAD. what the hell, is the duty more than 50%? Why am I not informed about this?

I ordered from GoSupps on October 10th and they told me the package would ship within 2 days and every time I contact them they say within 2 days or else a week has passed and my order has not been shipped I feel disappointed and I feel like I regret trusting them I should not have trusted them

Ordered something that wasn't available here in the UK and in short supply outside the UK....GoSupps not only had it in stock at a highly competitive price, it arrived in less than a week which I feel is great service..

Do not use this company if you live outside the U.K. (especially SE Asia) they claim to be able to deliver overseas but expect consumers to complete customs and immigration paperwork, including for consumers to provide manufacturing certificates and full ingredients lists, and pay any duties (when significant int’l haulage fees are charged). Completely irrational and contrary to norms of e-commerce. Purchase from GoSupps at your own cost if you live outside the U.K.! After sales service also very poor. Feels like a half-baked group trying to run an int’l distribution business out of a garage. Order no. #2500197521

Couldn’t get the product I wanted anywhere else. Quick easy ordering and super fast delivery arrived quicker than expected.

A great pleasure to buy things from Go supps! That's the second time I buy from them and I'm always satisfied. They do a good job for the quickness of delivery. And they are also quick to answer when you contact them through mail

Everything was just too expensive. They charged me double the price for the exact sale product that can be purchased at the Vitamin Shop, the the delivery to Europe was 20 usd extra, and then on arrival I had to pay 40 usd import charges. Never again. I’ll look for the equivalent product in the EU next time.

Först fick jag en helt annan vara än den jag hade beställt. Men efter några dagars mejlväxling fick jag ganska snabbt en ny paket med rätt vara. Jag fick problem med att betala moms och tullavgift på både den felaktiga och den rätta varan, men fick kompensation av GoSupps. Så helhetsintrycket är att man gjorde sitt yttersta för att rätta till sitt misstag. Slutet gott, allting gott.
