They made communication so easy from the beginning. Even when I was not able to get the product due to a customs issue, they were very understanding and provided a quick resolution. Very quick delivery from the time of ordering. my product came from the States to Scotland and I was amazed at the short time it took. It was securely packaged and I received froward confirmation of delivery.

I ordered a product that is extremely hard to get right now in the US. Unfortunately we needed it and GoSupps was able to locate it and deliver it. I gave it 4 stars because between the product and the shipping costs it was super expensive and it did arrive a day late (not their fault). Happy to have the product. Even though it was expensive I will probably have to order more and I feel confident ordering from GoSupps.
