The order arrived when they said it would. It was easy to place the order and easy to track it. I'm very happy to have found a place to get the supplement that I was looking for.

Very fast delivery (only 4 days). Good packaging. Kind and fast customer service. However, it's EXTREMELY expensive. I paid $168 for only TWO bottles of iron. When I import it myself, I usually pay $152,- for SIX bottles of the same iron!! This is due to the very high prices of Go supps, high customs fees with DHL (I usually pay half with USPS). Shipping fees are reasonable and about the same I usually pay. However, for this reason I will not order here again. This is very easy profit for Gosupps. If you can, order at iHerb or amazon. The delivery was fast, and even though there was a minor issue (a discrepancy in the item count on the webpage vs. what was delivered), it was quickly addressed.

I personally would never recommend this website to anyone AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. At first, I received an email informing me that the original products which I ordered was for some reason no longer available. They suggested 2 different products (Paradise emerald cystic acne spot treatment or glycolic salicylic acid 10/2 acne control pads). I complied with one and sent an email requesting one of the two products and got no reply. The order number was 2500178292, I had ordered 2 Aveeno Clear Complexion daily cleaning pads exfoliate plus polish salicylic acid acne treatment. After I wrote the review I received a response from GoSupps. I was contacted via Telephon and E-Mail. They apologized and on October 16, 2024 the money was returned to my Account.
