Product was good, delivery was fast, but like other reviews I saw here, hidden costs. I was very surprised that I had to pay duty upon delivery. I looked all around the order before and after and it was not marked anywhere about a duty charge. Very unpleasant surprise. You really should spell that out and be clear. Order #2500171898

Non ce n’est pas un site frauduleux ils sont très à l’écoute de leurs clients et j’ai reçu ma commande en quelques jours à peine ! J’ai payé des frais de douane ce qui ne m’a pas enchantée mais ils ont étés conciliant et m’ont expliqués les choses avec bcp de diplomatie j’apprécie la relation client j’ai envie de recommander d’autres produits mais peur d’avoir trop de frais de douane on est vraiment taxée sinon rien à dire mes crèmes sont arrivés en bon état dans leur carton !
